College Farm Weddings and B&B is the perfect place to stay. Richard’s Room – Our largest and most private bedroom, Richard’s room belonged to Katharine’s brother Richard when they grew up here at College Farm, The room faces west and looks out over the front lawn and fields beyond the house. It comes with a super-king bed (which can also be configured as two twin beds), a spacious en suite shower room, a walk in wardrobe and a bookcase running along the length of one wall – which you’re welcome to dip into.
Edward’s Room – Edward’s room (so called as this was Katharine’s brother Edward’s childhood bedroom) is our smallest and cosiest room, with a lovely big floor-to-ceiling window looking out over the walled garden and views across the ponds. Located on the first floor, the room comes with a king-size bed, an en suite shower room and a small wardrobe.
The Spare Room – This was the original ‘spare room’ when Katharine’s family lived at College Farm; a beautiful wood-panelled room with windows looking out over the front lawn and fields. It comes with a super-king bed (which can also be configured as two twin beds), an en suite loo and basin and a hanging cupboard. There is an additional private shower room one pace across the landing.
All guest rooms are situated on the first floor and have tea & coffee making facilities, free WiFi, a television, hair dryer and full-length mirror.

College Farm Weddings and B&B only hold a few weddings a year here at College Farm, making sure it remains a special place to get married. The whole idea of getting married at College Farm is to make your wedding unique: we offer the setting and leave you to design the rest. We have a list of recommended local suppliers – everything from caterers to florists, dressmakers, hairdressers and wedding planners – but you are of course welcome to use your own. We are entirely flexible; our beautiful Jacobean panelled dining room is licensed to hold wedding ceremonies, but you may wish to do all the formalities in your own registry office or church – and then hold the reception at College Farm. We have a friendly herd of llamas and alpacas too – who are all too happy to provide wonderful photo opportunities and add something unique to your special day!

“Thank you so much for a really lovely tea in your beautiful dining-room and for making us feel so welcome. The tea was splendid and my friends are still talking about it.”
‘”Had afternoon tea here recently – absolutely delicious!! College Farm is a wonderful venue to visit, the gardens are gorgeous and in stunning surroundings. We even got to feed the resident llamas and alpacas – especially loved the one called Brian! Katharine is a delightful host and her cakes are just way too good, although did have to take some home as it was a very generous afternoon tea! Can’t wait to visit again.”
